REFUNDS AND RETURNS


RETURNS

At Transcendence Tea, we aim for you to be 100% satisfied with our whole range of products.  We only sell the best quality teas that we would (and do!) drink and are confident that you will enjoy whatever you purchase from us. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or customer service we want to make it right! Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase. We will offer an exchange, no questions asked.

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund you must return the item sealed. If the item has been opened we will offer a store credit equal to the value of the returned purchase. The credit will be issued once we receive your returned item.
If the item is still sealed, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether or not it meets the criteria for a refund. Once verified, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take a few days for the return to process. 
If you are still having issues with your refund, please contact us at info@transcendencetea.com and we will do our best to make sure your issue is resolved as quick as possible. 


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. If your item is approved for exchange or return, we will reimburse you. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on your location, the time it  takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
